Our Yule display, Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr, the goats that pull Odin’s cart through the sky on the wild hunt, flanking the sonargǫltr, a sacrificed boar. Below, a clutch of wheat and candles in our yule log pay tribute to the Oak king, the Holly King and the Goddess. The only thing we did not do was paint our “shrine” inside and out with the blood of swine as is called for. A merry Yule to you all and may your traditions be as ridiculous as ours!
