We could think of no more fitting image for the passing of the new year than a baby casket full of cheesecake. The casket being the passing of all that water under the bridge of last year, ‘Should old acquaintance be forgot…’, to bury the regrettable moments of the past and to blast fireworks and hoist glasses to the unknown and hopeful new year being born, ‘We’ll take a cup o’ kindness yet…’. With the ashes of the past we pave the way for the beautiful, carefree year ahead.
The new year is the arbitrary starting line for us all in the race to do better than we did before. When the chimes strike midnight, it’s ready, set, go on what we hope will be your best yet and our best yet. Happy New Year!
